How long will it take for my shipment to arrive:

All digital information should arrive within 24 hours via email. Most physical orders are shipped within 48 hours and can arrive in 7-10 days - unless its a special order. If you need to inquire you can email or call toll free 1 800 663-6463

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping Prices are the same for Canada and U.S. A surcharge of $3.95 applies to all other international shipments. We ship via Airmail. There is Free shipping on selected products like any digitally delivered items, such as ebooks and mp3 meditations.
