Because Aquamarine is often reserved for jewels, it is not easy to find as a crystal skull. To do a carving like a crystal skull, you need to begin with a much larger piece of raw aquamarine which is why you will not likely see very large. (The one exception is this masterpiece aquamarine crystal skull that was carved from a rare 10 pound pure Aquamarine Crystal obtained from mines in the Himalayan Mountain.) This is also the reason why simply doubling the weight for example, does not mean doubling the price - in reality it exponentially increases - but also is relative to the quality of the aquamarine stone, and than the carving itself.
